I had such a wonderful experience with Tiger air! The coldest week of the year my furnace decided to die and they came right out and had a new one installed the same day! Unbelievable customer service.

Our 30 year old furnace died. Tiger air sent a technician within an hour to diagnose the issue. We were provided multiple space heaters and by the next day we had a brand new furnace installed in 4 hours. There was no leftover mess. Prices very reasonable. We will be lifelong customers.

Best HVAC company in Cleveland. Did a great job installing a new unit in 2018 when mine went down unexpectedly and have great service offerings to make sure the in it stays in top shape. Theo is the best tech!

When my hot water tanks drain valve blew out, I called tigar air to have it replaced after calling 2 other cos that stated the could not make it out until Monday or tues day. Tigar air said they will be out no later than 5pm, about 2 hrs later they called and said they were on there way the two gentlemen came out and within 2 hrs the old tank was out and new tank installed they were very efficient and knowledgeable they did a great job, I would recommend tigar air for all your hvac needs.

This is a good company to consider for HVAC. They check in when they are on the way and are punctual. Their staff is quick and efficient. They keep you updated and let you know about additional service options, but in a very pressure free way. I appreciated the staff at my last service laying out the options and not trying to oversell. The prices are fair and I also appreciated my applicable discount being honored.

Charles did a great job of helping us out with an AC compressor problem. The unit was not able to be fixed, but he was very helpful and efficient and low cost to make the diagnosis.
