Charles did a great job of helping us out with an AC compressor problem. The unit was not able to be fixed, but he was very helpful and efficient and low cost to make the diagnosis.

Theo was wonderful with the diagnostics. Despite needing a new furnace he gave me comparisons of the price and the warranty included. I did not feel swindled and the moment I paid the deposit he came next day to install the new furnace.

This company is absolutely top notch. My furnace went out on New Years weekend and they sent a tech within hours on Saturday to get it up and running. The tech let me know I would need a new motor and then called me on Tuesday with a quote. Theo came out to replace the motor today and was so friendly and efficient. The best thing was the quote they gave me was what was charged (no hidden costs like other companies). This company has definitely obtained a customer for life and I will be telling anyone that has a furnace issue to contact them.

This is a good company to consider for HVAC. They check in when they are on the way and are punctual. Their staff is quick and efficient. They keep you updated and let you know about additional service options, but in a very pressure free way. I appreciated the staff at my last service laying out the options and not trying to oversell. The prices are fair and I also appreciated my applicable discount being honored.

Dan the technician was wonderful, very nice, very informative, and honest. He told me exactly when i would need more work and how to go about it. Tiger Air has been servicing my hvac system since 2014. From the new furnace install, yearly cleanings, maintenance nd ductwork cleaning, I feel comfortable everytime they are in my home. They are all very knowledgeable and never try to upsell you unless something is wrong. Even then they show what is wrong and what needs to be done. Thank you to Charles who is always out here as he does a great job. He is punctual and cleans up after himself, what more could ask for!
