Tiger Air has been servicing my hvac system since 2014. From the new furnace install, yearly cleanings, maintenance nd ductwork cleaning, I feel comfortable everytime they are in my home. They are all very knowledgeable and never try to upsellyou unless something is wrong. Even then they show what is wrong and what needs to be done. Thank you to Charles who is always out here as he does a great job. He is punctual and cleans up after himself, what more could ask for!

Time window given for the technician to show up 9-12pm. It’s 11.50am & I call Tiger Air to check what was going on and was told “oh the tech, is in beachwood right now & you are his next call” ahem, sorry I have other things I need to do! In essence I wasted 3 precious hours for nothing! I have an appointment scheduled with Mitchell’s heating & cooling.

Our 30 year old furnace died. Tiger air sent a technician within an hour to diagnose the issue. We were provided multiple space heaters and by the next day we had a brand new furnace installed in 4 hours. There was no leftover mess. Prices very reasonable. We will be lifelong customers.

Couldn't have gotten better service. Theo was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Problem was self inflicted due to cheep filter. Theo explained the problem and decided to install new blower motor.He offered good advice and quickly fixed the problem. Even though it was an expensive fix I will not worry about a fire now. Thanks so much to Theo for his help. Great job!After using Tiger for years advised my son to call for furnace not working.He was told several things were badly wrong and he needed to replace it $5000.Got 2nd option just motor needed replaced everything else was fine. $1100. VERY DISAPPOINTED trying to upsell not needed. Will NOT be using Tiger anymore

Dan was great, called when he arrived and my doorbell didn’t work when he rang it. He remembered being here for a previous job, he found the problem quickly, told me it was a loose connection in the boiler, fixed it and only charged me $37. I couldn’t have hoped for better than that!

Tiger Air replaced our air conditioner and furnace a couple years ago and were absolutely wonderful. Easy to work with and upfront with the cost. Since they have helped us with routine maintenance (and today just a silly user error I made) and they are always prompt and very helpful. New Year's Eve, home from work, no heat. Called Tiger Air, as ALWAYS, this company is QUICK to respond. Theo called me within an hour, told me he was on the way. Once here, he was professional, got on the job, fixed the issue. He went above and beyond to make sure I'd have heat over the holiday and beyond that, by finding the needed piece, that he thought would need to be ordered, but found, and returned to my house to install. All covered under my warranty...10 year warranty! The work ethic of this company and their employee is unheard of in these days. I am so very happy that I went with this company!!!

I typically don't use the big name companies due to the price but Tiger is very very fair with their pricing. They always have someone ready to assist with the repairs same day or next depending on the repair and how quickly we need it done. They are very easy to work with and get repairs scheduled. I wish they would come to Lake County but other than that they are fantastic.

I called because my heat was giving cold air. The tech came out with in the hour. He checked everything thoroughly and told me what part I needed. He had the part on his truck and gave me the quote to approve. He was very courteous and detailed with everything and fixed it in no time. Theo came out to do a furnace tuneup. He was professional, friendly and walked me through the process of how he discovered my furnace carbon monoxide was much too high and recommended I need to get a new furnace. He told me the furnace I had was too small for the house therefore was working twice as hard causing issue. It was great because Theo was able to get pricing right away on a furnace that was right for our house. He made a few phone calls to the office and got me an estimate right away which included an air conditioner. Price was very reasonable and 10 year warranty parts and labor really sold me.

Scheduled to come out for a diagnostic on our AC. No show, no call. When I called to inquire there was no explanation. They did ask if I wanted to reschedule but if they can't call or come as scheduled I have doubts about their ability to do the work well. Perhaps this was a personnel issue but I spoke with three folks (one at scheduling, one during inquiry about the no show, and the last to see if I wanted to reschedule) and was unimpressed by their customer service skills. Disappointed for sure.

Tiger Air saved the day. Came out on Saturday and fixed our A/C. We needed a new fan motor on our older unit. If our A/C unit dies (its over 15 years old) what we paid today goes toward a new unit. On March 26th we had an entire new heating & air conditioning system installed in our home. In addition to that, we also had them install a new whole house Honeywell air filtration system, a new whole house humidifier and a new 40 gallon hot water tank. The 2 service techs that did the install were very efficient, answered all our questions about the equipment that was being installed and very polite. Even when we asked them to make a major change in the positioning of the air conditioning unit outside, they again were very polite and said that was not a problem. Last but not least, when the techs left our home that evening, everything was running great and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up their mess. Nothing was left behind for my wife or myself to do. I truly hope that you will pass this along to the techs since most of the time people only find the things they did wrong and not what they did right. The technicians have always been courteous and very knowledgeable. I like that they'call ahead when they are on their way. I can make one suggestion and that is they have some type of overshoe so that they don't track dirt/leaves in the house.We don't wear shoes in our house. Otherwise, they were fantastic! Tiger Air installed my new Lennox furnace and Air Conditioning system about 2 months ago and this has been the best investment that I ever made. My gas biils are down about $110 a month and the furnace is super quiet. They gave us the Aero Seal process where they sealed all of our ducts from the inside and it is certified and we get a 30% tax credit back on Aero Seal this has made a huge difference on the comfort level to all the rooms in our house and it is lowering our utility bills. I called 5 different companies out for a quote on a new system only 3 showed up and the professionalism at Tiger Air is unmatched from the other companies. Give them a call I highly recommend them you will not go wrong with this company. And they are also very knowledgable and friendly.

When my hot water tanks drain valve blew out, I called tigar air to have it replaced after calling 2 other cos that stated the could not make it out until Monday or tues day. Tigar air said they will be out no later than 5pm, about 2 hrs later they called and said they were on there way the two gentlemen came out and within 2 hrs the old tank was out and new tank installed they were very efficient and knowledgeable they did a great job, I would recommend tigar air for all your hvac needs.

This company is absolutely top notch. My furnace went out on New Years weekend and they sent a tech within hours on Saturday to get it up and running. The tech let me know I would need a new motor and then called me on Tuesday with a quote. Theo came out to replace the motor today and was so friendly and efficient. The best thing was the quote they gave me was what was charged (no hidden costs like other companies). I think this ended up being a bigger job then we originally thought, but my wife and I appreciate the team that came out to clean out our vents and then even prep us for the upcoming maintenance appointment as well. I will say I would have appreciated some heads up in regards to how to prepare the house such as if we needed to move the pets due to the loud noise or clearing up some space around the vents themselves. I'll update this thread once we complete our maintenance appt as well.

Phil, the owner, is very involved in his business. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls. It was the owner that showed up to provide us with a quote, and also the owner that stopped on his way home from work in the evening to check out a question we had during installation. The installation and service techs have all been very professional and friendly.Having had a bad experience before with a roofing contractor, I now usually begin my search for contractors to provide me with a quote by looking through the Google reviews for that company and then seeing how they are reviewed in the BBB. Because of my previous bad experience with a roofing contractor, I’m always hesitant when it comes to major home improvements.I normally don’t leave reviews, but this is why I’m leaving one. If you find yourself on the fence about who to pick for furnace and AC installation like I was, I would vouch for this company. They are a no nonsense HVAC company that will give you want you want and need at a fair price in a fast efficient manner. They are responsive and provide good customer service. Very glad that we chose Tiger Air … it was a good call.UPDATE 2/23: We’ve had our system for a year now and have no complaints. In fact, just the opposite holds true now.Everyone is willing to go above and beyond when they are selling you a product. But often we find out that once you “own” it, the customer service lacks.This is not the case with Tiger Air. Long story short, it had just snowed and I was working in the basement. I did something stupid which shut our system down and prevented it from running.I called Tiger Air. Within an hour the owner, Phil, showed up and had our system running again.I cannot emphasize how fantastic it is to find a company that provides a good, quality product and work at a reasonable price and follows it up with excellent customer service.Tiger Air is not into high-pressure sales. They provide you what you need and continue to provide great customer service afterwards. If you’re in the market for HVAC installation or service, I highly recommend that you give them a call.May 2023 update: first hot day of the spring / summer. Didn’t have the system serviced as it has only been in place for a year. Turns out, we should have as the Schrader valves on the condenser unit had failed over the fall / winter and our system was low on freon. We couldn’t get the house cooler than 81 degrees.I called the after-hours number and explained to them what our symptoms were. I told them it wasn’t an emergency and could be looked at the next day.After hanging up with the answering service, Phil (the owner) called me almost immediately to see what was going on. (As I said before, he’s very involved in his business.) After telling Phil our symptoms, he said that a tech would be out the next afternoon.Sure enough, the next day, Dan showed up to work on our system. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing. After recharging our system … our house is once again cool and comfortable. Thanks Phil, Dan, and everyone at Tiger Air. Not sure how we got so lucky to stumble upon you guys, but glad we did. Would highly recommend Tiger Air to anyone … for installation, continued maintenance, and great customer service.August 2023 update: had an issue with the AC. Contacted Tiger Air over the weekend & again, Phil (the owner) called me within a 1/2 hour. We needed to have our ducts cleaned as it had been many years and we recently finished a major renovation stirring up all kind of dust. I called on Monday and spoke with Phil who I later learned is the owner. The crew was out at 9am the next day to perform full cleaning, air flow loss analysis, and AC tune up. After the work was completed the technicians went through the test results, walked through the house/basement with what they noticed, and provided feedback. Phil personally visited our home in Lakewood being 120 years old to provide some deeper insight to having better airflow on the 2nd floor and improving or repairing duct work. He spent 15min talking me through all my options and provided an estimate on the work discussed with two hours. I have bounced around to a few different HVAC companies over the years and while I think others have worked out great my recent experience with Tiger would make them my first call always going forward. Phil came out on a Sunday morning when we had no heat and determined we should consider replacing our old furnace, which we did. Brandon and Zack came the next morning and did a great job with the install of a new Goodman furnace and thermostat. Phil also included a duct cleaning with our new furnace install and Jesse came in the same day and did a great job. We can really tell the difference and are very happy with our experience. He came in to complete my annual furnace check ✅. System is operating like it's suppose to. 👍🏾. Another one for the books 📚 🐯 AirUPDATE: 9/24/2022: Had a cold snap come through. Decided to test the new furnace out. New system operated as expected.👌🏾Update: 9/1/2022: Had a new system installed. Thus far it runs great. AC 🥶🥶 is nice!! Waiting till the temps drop so I can run 🔥.Update: 8/15/2022: Called Tiger Air back in April for an estimate to have new HVAC system installed later in the Summer. Theo came out, provided me an estimate. Today Theo came out to complete the paperwork for next week's scheduled installation. Both Phil and Theo are superb! Even after several months, they honored the quote they gave me in April.This is definitely a company I will continue doing business with for years to come. These guys were amazing! I woke up after working third shift to realize my furnace was not blowing heat. I found them in an ad that came in the mail that day. I called them and they were at my home within 45 minutes. The problem diagnosed in 2 minutes. They spoke with my home warranty company and the repair was approved. And while they did not have the parts on hand the man left to check the office for the parts needed. They didn't have them but he came back with 2 very nice space heaters for my family to use for the night as he did not want us to get cold and we didn't have to uproot and go to a motel for the night. A technician was there the very next morning with the parts and had the furnace fixed in half an hour. Great customer service and very kind. I was blown away when they came back with space heaters for us to use at ni added charge at all. What a kind caring company! Thanks so much guys!

There's a reason (as of the date of this review) why this company has an excellent rating. In the middle of the summer (when they're very busy), they were able to come out the same day I called and replace a broken blower motor in my unit. Their diagnostic fee and repair price was much cheaper than their direct competitor. My service tech, Theo, was outstanding. Tiger will be continually receiving my business.

Eva and I wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new Janitrol, two-stage, 92% furnace. The headaches we used to associate with our old furnace are gone and the Aprilaire humidifier seems to work great.
We’d especially like to say a big THANK YOU to the husband and the wife installation team who installed the furnace and air conditioner. They seemed to be really good people. They were nice, friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions in a professional yet easy-to-understand manner. Even without asking them, they worked longer hours just so we would have heat the same night from our new furnace without having to resort to temporary heater. They were very considerate.
All I can say for now about the new air conditioner is that is looks nice because I don’t think AC’s running too well in Feburary! Ha. But, I’ll bet this summer will feel mighty nice with the cool AC flowing through every room instead of just one.

I called your company at because my Bryant 80 Plus 2 Stage furnace kept shutting off. Within ten minutes your representative Phil called and was able to troubleshoot my problem over the phone and diagnosed the problem within thirty minutes. His diagnosis was that something was blocking the exhaust vent causing the Draft Safeguard Switch to shut the furnace off. He told me that there was no point for him to come out and to have the chimney cleaned and have the flute checked. After speaking with him I went ahead and disassembled the exhaust vent that connected the furnace to the chimney and found that it was indeed clogged and after removing the clog the furnace started working correctly again. I would like to thank your representative for his quick response and his professionalism in handling my call I will be using your company in the near future to handle all my heating and cooling needs for my personal home and rental properties.

I had a furnace and central air conditioning installed in my home in April 2000 by Tiger Air.
During the removal of the old furnace and the installation of the new one, I was very pleased with the professional approach by their salesman, Phil Tromba, and the installers who performed the work. I found them to be very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning, they answered all my questions and accomplished the work in a timely and efficient manner.
To date, there have been no problems and the unit is operating very well. I have seen a savings in my heating bills during the winter, and the air conditioning is a welcome addition to our home in the summer.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tiger Air, or Mr. Tromba, to anyone you is considering repair or replacement of their heating and air conditioning equipment.
