Tiger Air has taken care of our HVAC needs for over 17 years. Our tech, Dan was great! He identified the problem, gave us our options and walked us through the next step.

This company is absolutely top notch. My furnace went out on New Years weekend and they sent a tech within hours on Saturday to get it up and running. The tech let me know I would need a new motor and then called me on Tuesday with a quote. Theo came out to replace the motor today and was so friendly and efficient. The best thing was the quote they gave me was what was charged (no hidden costs like other companies). This company has definitely obtained a customer for life and I will be telling anyone that has a furnace issue to contact them.

Theo was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He thoroughly explained the process. He was able to squeeze us in the schedule before the holiday which was greatly appreciated.

As always, Tiger Air was prompt and completed the furnace tune up quickly and efficiently. Theo has been here before so I am comfortable with his work. Good job!

UPDATE: 2/19/2024: Another fantastic service visit. This time I had the pleasure of working with Charles. He came in to complete my annual furnace check ✅. System is operating like it's suppose to. 👍🏾. Another one for the books 📚 🐯 Air UPDATE: 9/24/2022: Had a cold snap come through. Decided to test the new furnace out. New system operated as expected.👌🏾 Update: 9/1/2022: Had a new system installed. Thus far it runs great. AC is nice!! Waiting till the temps drop so I can run 🔥. Update: 8/15/2022: Called Tiger Air back in April for an estimate to have new HVAC system installed later in the Summer. Theo came out, provided me an estimate. Today Theo came out to complete the paperwork for next week's scheduled installation. Both Phil and Theo are superb! Even after several months, they honored the quote they gave me in April.This is definitely a company I will continue doing business with for years to come. Will provide another update after installation is complete.

Theo was wonderful with the diagnostics. Despite needing a new furnace he gave me comparisons of the price and the warranty included. I did not feel swindled and the moment I paid the deposit he came next day to install the new furnace.

Theo was exceptional. He actually called ahead to let me know when he was on his way. He was polite, professional and respectful of my home. When he arrived he went right to work, and now my central air unit is perfect. I would highly recommend their services.

I have trusted Tiger Air to service my furnace every year since they installed it, over 20 years ago, and I just paid to hav a new one installed tomorrow morning (24 hour service!). I have never had a bad experience with them. Their technicians are highly trained and it shows! Ask for Teo - the best technician on the planet!

Dean, Val, and Jessie were prompt and efficient with the installation, and friendly in answering all our questions. We will be hiring them to clean our ducts.

Jessie was on time for our scheduled appointment and professional throughout the entire duct cleaning service. The results were excellent and I highly recommend this group for service in the future.
