Dan was great, called when he arrived and my doorbell didn’t work when he rang it. He remembered being here for a previous job, he found the problem quickly, told me it was a loose connection in the boiler, fixed it and only charged me $37. I couldn’t have hoped for better than that!

I used Tiger Air because i had a 59.00 coupon for Furnace Check. and we have only had the house for a year. I could not be happier. Dan the technician was wonderful, very nice, very informative, and honest. He told me exactly when i would need more work and how to go about it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone for Heating. I will call them again next year for my air conditioning check. Very considerate.

This company is absolutely top notch. My furnace went out on New Years weekend and they sent a tech within hours on Saturday to get it up and running. The tech let me know I would need a new motor and then called me on Tuesday with a quote. Theo came out to replace the motor today and was so friendly and efficient. The best thing was the quote they gave me was what was charged (no hidden costs like other companies). This company has definitely obtained a customer for life and I will be telling anyone that has a furnace issue to contact them.

I had the package deal of the Furnace Cleaning / check ductwork cleaning done. Very satisfied. 10 times better than the last time I had the duck work done with a different company. Tiger air had them *completely* cleaned out! Showed video to prove it was cleaned out & went the extra mile when I told them the last company I used left junk in the duct work.

Jesse and Dan were very personable and professional. They let us know what they were doing every step of the way. They also told us that some of our ducts weren't all the way open. I also referred you guys to a friend. Pricing was great!! Looking forward to stop sneezing!

I think this ended up being a bigger job then we originally thought, but my wife and I appreciate the team that came out to clean out our vents and then even prep us for the upcoming maintenance appointment as well. I will say I would have appreciated some heads up in regards to how to prepare the house such as if we needed to move the pets due to the loud noise or clearing up some space around the vents themselves. I'll update this thread once we complete our maintenance appt as well.

When my hot water tanks drain valve blew out, I called tigar air to have it replaced after calling 2 other cos that stated the could not make it out until Monday or tues day. Tigar air said they will be out no later than 5pm, about 2 hrs later they called and said they were on there way the two gentlemen came out and within 2 hrs the old tank was out and new tank installed they were very efficient and knowledgeable they did a great job, I would recommend tigar air for all your hvac needs.

Tiger Air installed my new Lennox furnace and Air Conditioning system about 2 months ago and this has been the best investment that I ever made. My gas biils are down about $110 a month and the furnace is super quiet. They gave us the Aero Seal process where they sealed all of our ducts from the inside and it is certified and we get a 30% tax credit back on Aero Seal this has made a huge difference on the comfort level to all the rooms in our house and it is lowering our utility bills. I called 5 different companies out for a quote on a new system only 3 showed up and the professionalism at Tiger Air is unmatched from the other companies. Give them a call I highly recommend them you will not go wrong with this company. And they are also very knowledgable and friendly.

Theo was exceptional. He actually called ahead to let me know when he was on his way. He was polite, professional and respectful of my home. When he arrived he went right to work, and now my central air unit is perfect. I would highly recommend their services.
