Theo is very professional, well informed, fast and kind. He knows his stuff and gave a fair estimate. Great company!

Charles was friendly and professional and did an excellent job repairing my furnace. Will continue to use Tiger Air for furnance and air conditioner. Thank you.

Theo was great and very thorough and explained everything he was doing.

This company is absolutely top notch. My furnace went out on New Years weekend and they sent a tech within hours on Saturday to get it up and running. The tech let me know I would need a new motor and then called me on Tuesday with a quote. Theo came out to replace the motor today and was so friendly and efficient. The best thing was the quote they gave me was what was charged (no hidden costs like other companies). This company has definitely obtained a customer for life and I will be telling anyone that has a furnace issue to contact them.

Very satisfied. Technician was very helpful and did a great job

Theo from Tiger Air was in our house to fix the furnace in less than 4 hours after our initial call to the company for help! This was the 2nd time (after 2 years) that Tiger Air has delivered excellent and timely customer service to our family! I will always keep this company at the top of my list for repairs, thanks Tiger Air!

I think this ended up being a bigger job then we originally thought, but my wife and I appreciate the team that came out to clean out our vents and then even prep us for the upcoming maintenance appointment as well. I will say I would have appreciated some heads up in regards to how to prepare the house such as if we needed to move the pets due to the loud noise or clearing up some space around the vents themselves. I'll update this thread once we complete our maintenance appt as well.

Theo was prompt and corrected my problem!

Had my air ducts cleaned by Jesse & Dan. Both were very professional, and did a thorough job. Showed me before and after pictures, and explained the entire process. Also answered any questions I had. Will use them again in the future. Thanks!

They were very professional and responsive. The air duct cleaning was thorough and we can really feel the difference. Highly recommend Tiger Air.

Jesse and Dan were very personable and professional. They let us know what they were doing every step of the way. They also told us that some of our ducts weren't all the way open. I also referred you guys to a friend. Pricing was great!! Looking forward to stop sneezing!

Charles has been to our house twice. So nice, so professional. Trust his opinion on what we need to be aware of about our heating system. Great company to work with.

Theo has been yo our home a few times now. He is very polite, professional and knowledgeable about his job. That's what I like about Tiger Air!! Thanks for another great job

We have dealt with both Charles and Theo from Tiger Air so far, both of which are EXCEPTIONAL at their job. The people working at this company are all knowledgable and communicative and aren't there to waste your time.

Was at my house within 2 hours on a Saturday, confirmed my suspicion regarding my furnace. Took extra time to pick the part up and now I have heat. Can’t thank Charles enough and the team at Tiger.

Everything was fine. The technician s were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had furnace cleaned and checked. Polite and professional. Technician. Would recommend.

I had the package deal of the Furnace Cleaning / check ductwork cleaning done. Very satisfied. 10 times better than the last time I had the duck work done with a different company. Tiger air had them *completely* cleaned out! Showed video to prove it was cleaned out & went the extra mile when I told them the last company I used left junk in the duct work.

Theo was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He thoroughly explained the process. He was able to squeeze us in the schedule before the holiday which was greatly appreciated.

Tiger Air has always been very professional and efficient in handling our heating and cooling needs. Theo does an excellent job of explaining things and recommending the next best course of action.

Technician was very helpful in diagnosing the system problem.
