The technician was polite, professional, thorough, honest, and personable. I have trusted Tiger Air to service my furnace every year since they installed it, over 20 years ago, and I just paid to hav a new one installed tomorrow morning (24 hour service!). I have never had a bad experience with them. Their technicians are highly trained and it shows! Ask for Teo - the best technician on the planet!

I think this ended up being a bigger job then we originally thought, but my wife and I appreciate the team that came out to clean out our vents and then even prep us for the upcoming maintenance appointment as well. I will say I would have appreciated some heads up in regards to how to prepare the house such as if we needed to move the pets due to the loud noise or clearing up some space around the vents themselves. I'll update this thread once we complete our maintenance appt as well.

Charles has been to our house twice. So nice, so professional. Trust his opinion on what we need to be aware of about our heating system. Great company to work with.

Theo was wonderful with the diagnostics. Despite needing a new furnace he gave me comparisons of the price and the warranty included. I did not feel swindled and the moment I paid the deposit he came next day to install the new furnace.

Had Furnace tune up and air duct cleaning, and the two technicians that came out were phenomenal. They were extremely professional, and courteous! Not to mention, explained everything in great detail. I definitely recommend Tiger Air, and will be using them again.

Considering the tight space Charles had to work in, he did his absolute best to deliver good service within your companies standards of service.

Couldn't have gotten better service. Theo was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Problem was self inflicted due to cheep filter. Theo explained the problem and decided to install new blower motor. He offered good advice and quickly fixed the problem. Even though it was an expensive fix I will not worry about a fire now. Thanks so much to Theo for his help. Great job! After using Tiger for years advised my son to call for furnace not working.He was told several things were badly wrong and he needed to replace it $5000. Got 2nd option just motor needed replaced everything else was fine. $1100. VERY DISAPPOINTED trying to upsell not needed. Will NOT be using Tiger anymore

theo at tiger air has never left our house without making it better. our furnace went out & they showed up 30 minutes later. i highly recommend & will continue being a customer!

Entire team at Tiger-air is amazing. I’ve used them for over 25 years. They always keep my furnaces and a/c units running even if a problem comes up at time outside “normal business hours.” They have serviced not only equipment purchased from them but other existing equipment “worth repairing” to save me money.

I had the package deal of the Furnace Cleaning / check ductwork cleaning done. Very satisfied. 10 times better than the last time I had the duck work done with a different company. Tiger air had them *completely* cleaned out! Showed video to prove it was cleaned out & went the extra mile when I told them the last company I used left junk in the duct work.

We are happy with the service Tiger provided us in installing our new furnace. Charles was helpful and patient in explaining in detail our situation and the solutions they offer. Dean, Val, and Jessie were prompt and efficient with the installation, and friendly in answering all our questions. We will be hiring them to clean our ducts.
