Tiger Air installed my new Lennox furnace and Air Conditioning system about 2 months ago and this has been the best investment that I ever made. My gas biils are down about $110 a month and the furnace is super quiet. They gave us the Aero Seal process where they sealed all of our ducts from the inside and it is certified and we get a 30% tax credit back on Aero Seal this has made a huge difference on the comfort level to all the rooms in our house and it is lowering our utility bills. I called 5 different companies out for a quote on a new system only 3 showed up and the professionalism at Tiger Air is unmatched from the other companies. Give them a call I highly recommend them you will not go wrong with this company. And they are also very knowledgable and friendly.

I think this ended up being a bigger job then we originally thought, but my wife and I appreciate the team that came out to clean out our vents and then even prep us for the upcoming maintenance appointment as well. I will say I would have appreciated some heads up in regards to how to prepare the house such as if we needed to move the pets due to the loud noise or clearing up some space around the vents themselves. I'll update this thread once we complete our maintenance appt as well.

UPDATE: 2/19/2024: Another fantastic service visit. This time I had the pleasure of working with Charles. He came in to complete my annual furnace check ✅. System is operating like it's suppose to. 👍🏾. Another one for the books 📚 🐯 Air UPDATE: 9/24/2022: Had a cold snap come through. Decided to test the new furnace out. New system operated as expected.👌🏾 Update: 9/1/2022: Had a new system installed. Thus far it runs great. AC is nice!! Waiting till the temps drop so I can run 🔥. Update: 8/15/2022: Called Tiger Air back in April for an estimate to have new HVAC system installed later in the Summer. Theo came out, provided me an estimate. Today Theo came out to complete the paperwork for next week's scheduled installation. Both Phil and Theo are superb! Even after several months, they honored the quote they gave me in April.This is definitely a company I will continue doing business with for years to come. Will provide another update after installation is complete.

When my hot water tanks drain valve blew out, I called tigar air to have it replaced after calling 2 other cos that stated the could not make it out until Monday or tues day. Tigar air said they will be out no later than 5pm, about 2 hrs later they called and said they were on there way the two gentlemen came out and within 2 hrs the old tank was out and new tank installed they were very efficient and knowledgeable they did a great job, I would recommend tigar air for all your hvac needs.

Dan was great, called when he arrived and my doorbell didn’t work when he rang it. He remembered being here for a previous job, he found the problem quickly, told me it was a loose connection in the boiler, fixed it and only charged me $37. I couldn’t have hoped for better than that!

Our 30 year old furnace died. Tiger air sent a technician within an hour to diagnose the issue. We were provided multiple space heaters and by the next day we had a brand new furnace installed in 4 hours. There was no leftover mess. Prices very reasonable. We will be lifelong customers.

Tiger Air has been servicing my hvac system since 2014. From the new furnace install, yearly cleanings, maintenance nd ductwork cleaning, I feel comfortable everytime they are in my home. They are all very knowledgeable and never try to upsell you unless something is wrong. Even then they show what is wrong and what needs to be done. Thank you to Charles who is always out here as he does a great job. He is punctual and cleans up after himself, what more could ask for!

Had Furnace tune up and air duct cleaning, and the two technicians that came out were phenomenal. They were extremely professional, and courteous! Not to mention, explained everything in great detail. I definitely recommend Tiger Air, and will be using them again.

Always on time, kind, courteous, and respectful. Charles comes in and gets right to work but not before taking a moment to catch up with me. He always wants to know how we have been, if we are well, and if there have been any issues. It’s like meeting up with a good friend every six months!
