Couldn't have gotten better service. Theo was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Problem was self inflicted due to cheep filter. Theo explained the problem and decided to install new blower motor. He offered good advice and quickly fixed the problem. Even though it was an expensive fix I will not worry about a fire now. Thanks so much to Theo for his help. Great job! After using Tiger for years advised my son to call for furnace not working.He was told several things were badly wrong and he needed to replace it $5000. Got 2nd option just motor needed replaced everything else was fine. $1100. VERY DISAPPOINTED trying to upsell not needed. Will NOT be using Tiger anymore

Theo was very friendly and knowledgeable of his craft. He was very personable and did not try to push me towards any thing that would cost me extra past what I would need. He gave me multiple options and told me exactly what I needed done for my furnace to operate optimally

When my hot water tanks drain valve blew out, I called tigar air to have it replaced after calling 2 other cos that stated the could not make it out until Monday or tues day. Tigar air said they will be out no later than 5pm, about 2 hrs later they called and said they were on there way the two gentlemen came out and within 2 hrs the old tank was out and new tank installed they were very efficient and knowledgeable they did a great job, I would recommend tigar air for all your hvac needs.

Charles did a great job of helping us out with an AC compressor problem. The unit was not able to be fixed, but he was very helpful and efficient and low cost to make the diagnosis.

Best HVAC company in Cleveland. Did a great job installing a new unit in 2018 when mine went down unexpectedly and have great service offerings to make sure the in it stays in top shape. Theo is the best tech!

Tiger Air has been servicing my hvac system since 2014. From the new furnace install, yearly cleanings, maintenance nd ductwork cleaning, I feel comfortable everytime they are in my home. They are all very knowledgeable and never try to upsell you unless something is wrong. Even then they show what is wrong and what needs to be done. Thank you to Charles who is always out here as he does a great job. He is punctual and cleans up after himself, what more could ask for!

This company is absolutely top notch. My furnace went out on New Years weekend and they sent a tech within hours on Saturday to get it up and running. The tech let me know I would need a new motor and then called me on Tuesday with a quote. Theo came out to replace the motor today and was so friendly and efficient. The best thing was the quote they gave me was what was charged (no hidden costs like other companies). This company has definitely obtained a customer for life and I will be telling anyone that has a furnace issue to contact them.
