Charles did a great job of helping us out with an AC compressor problem. The unit was not able to be fixed, but he was very helpful and efficient and low cost to make the diagnosis.

Theo from TigerAir always does a great job. Theo is pompt, friendly, professional and does an excellent job. I am going request Theo from now on.

We have dealt with both Charles and Theo from Tiger Air so far, both of which are EXCEPTIONAL at their job. The people working at this company are all knowledgable and communicative and aren't there to waste your time.

I think this ended up being a bigger job then we originally thought, but my wife and I appreciate the team that came out to clean out our vents and then even prep us for the upcoming maintenance appointment as well. I will say I would have appreciated some heads up in regards to how to prepare the house such as if we needed to move the pets due to the loud noise or clearing up some space around the vents themselves. I'll update this thread once we complete our maintenance appt as well.

What an awesome experience! Theo arrived hours earlier than expected. Asked permission to enter the house and treated us like family. Professional, thorough and incredibly kind.

I used Tiger Air because i had a 59.00 coupon for Furnace Check. and we have only had the house for a year. I could not be happier. Dan the technician was wonderful, very nice, very informative, and honest. He told me exactly when i would need more work and how to go about it. Had Furnace tune up and air duct cleaning, and the two technicians that came out were phenomenal. They were extremely professional, and courteous! Not to mention, explained everything in great detail. I definitely recommend Tiger Air, and will be using them again.

We are happy with the service Tiger provided us in installing our new furnace. Charles was helpful and patient in explaining in detail our situation and the solutions they offer. Dean, Val, and Jessie were prompt and efficient with the installation, and friendly in answering all our questions. We will be hiring them to clean our ducts.

This company is absolutely top notch. My furnace went out on New Years weekend and they sent a tech within hours on Saturday to get it up and running. The tech let me know I would need a new motor and then called me on Tuesday with a quote. Theo came out to replace the motor today and was so friendly and efficient. The best thing was the quote they gave me was what was charged (no hidden costs like other companies). This company has definitely obtained a customer for life and I will be telling anyone that has a furnace issue to contact them.
