Considering the tight space Charles had to work in, he did his absolute best to deliver good service within your companies standards of service.

This is a good company to consider for HVAC. They check in when they are on the way and are punctual. Their staff is quick and efficient. They keep you updated and let you know about additional service options, but in a very pressure free way. I appreciated the staff at my last service laying out the options and not trying to oversell. The prices are fair and I also appreciated my applicable discount being honored.

Theo warmly greeted me upon arrival, wearing boot covers to protect my house. He promptly and quickly checked my furnace and gave it a tune up with no mess. Theo remembered my father from a previous visit

Always on time, kind, courteous, and respectful. Charles comes in and gets right to work but not before taking a moment to catch up with me. He always wants to know how we have been, if we are well, and if there have been any issues. It’s like meeting up with a good friend every six months!

Theo from Tiger Air was in our house to fix the furnace in less than 4 hours after our initial call to the company for help! This was the 2nd time (after 2 years) that Tiger Air has delivered excellent and timely customer service to our family! I will always keep this company at the top of my list for repairs, thanks Tiger Air!

Dan was great, called when he arrived and my doorbell didn’t work when he rang it. He remembered being here for a previous job, he found the problem quickly, told me it was a loose connection in the boiler, fixed it and only charged me $37. I couldn’t have hoped for better than that!

I used Tiger Air because i had a 59.00 coupon for Furnace Check. and we have only had the house for a year. I could not be happier. Dan the technician was wonderful, very nice, very informative, and honest. He told me exactly when i would need more work and how to go about it. I will definitely recommend them to anyone for Heating. I will call them again next year for my air conditioning check. Very considerate.

We have dealt with both Charles and Theo from Tiger Air so far, both of which are EXCEPTIONAL at their job. The people working at this company are all knowledgable and communicative and aren't there to waste your time.

Jessie was on time for our scheduled appointment and professional throughout the entire duct cleaning service. The results were excellent and I highly recommend this group for service in the future.

Couldn't have gotten better service. Theo was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Problem was self inflicted due to cheep filter. Theo explained the problem and decided to install new blower motor. He offered good advice and quickly fixed the problem. Even though it was an expensive fix I will not worry about a fire now. Thanks so much to Theo for his help. Great job! After using Tiger for years advised my son to call for furnace not working.He was told several things were badly wrong and he needed to replace it $5000. Got 2nd option just motor needed replaced everything else was fine. $1100. VERY DISAPPOINTED trying to upsell not needed. Will NOT be using Tiger anymore

The technician was polite, professional, thorough, honest, and personable. I have trusted Tiger Air to service my furnace every year since they installed it, over 20 years ago, and I just paid to hav a new one installed tomorrow morning (24 hour service!).
