I had a fantastic experience with Tiger Air company. The customer service was outstanding, and their communication throughout the process was excellent. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the job, they were professional and attentive. The team ensured that I was well-informed at every step, making the entire service seamless. I highly recommend them for their great customer service and communication skills.

Always on time, kind, courteous, and respectful. Charles comes in and gets right to work but not before taking a moment to catch up with me. He always wants to know how we have been, if we are well, and if there have been any issues. It’s like meeting up with a good friend every six months!

Had my air ducts cleaned by Jesse & Dan. Both were very professional, and did a thorough job. Showed me before and after pictures, and explained the entire process. Also answered any questions I had. Will use them again in the future. Thanks!

Theo warmly greeted me upon arrival, wearing boot covers to protect my house. He promptly and quickly checked my furnace and gave it a tune up with no mess. Theo remembered my father from a previous visit

Great company! Jesse and Dan were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for air duct cleaning or other services they offer. Thank you!

UPDATE: 2/19/2024: Another fantastic service visit. This time I had the pleasure of working with Charles. He came in to complete my annual furnace check ✅. System is operating like it's suppose to. 👍🏾. Another one for the books 📚 🐯 Air UPDATE: 9/24/2022: Had a cold snap come through. Decided to test the new furnace out. New system operated as expected.👌🏾 Update: 9/1/2022: Had a new system installed. Thus far it runs great. AC is nice!! Waiting till the temps drop so I can run 🔥. Update: 8/15/2022: Called Tiger Air back in April for an estimate to have new HVAC system installed later in the Summer. Theo came out, provided me an estimate. Today Theo came out to complete the paperwork for next week's scheduled installation. Both Phil and Theo are superb! Even after several months, they honored the quote they gave me in April. This is definitely a company I will continue doing business with for years to come. Will provide another update after installation is complete.

We have dealt with both Charles and Theo from Tiger Air so far, both of which are EXCEPTIONAL at their job. The people working at this company are all knowledgable and communicative and aren't there to waste your time.

I had such a wonderful experience with Tiger air! The coldest week of the year my furnace decided to die and they came right out and had a new one installed the same day! Unbelievable customer service.

We are happy with the service Tiger provided us in installing our new furnace. Charles was helpful and patient in explaining in detail our situation and the solutions they offer. Dean, Val, and Jessie were prompt and efficient with the installation, and friendly in answering all our questions. We will be hiring them to clean our ducts.

Super easy company to work with. Got same day service on a very cold day. Theo was very kind and professional. Will use them again in the future.

Best HVAC company in Cleveland. Did a great job installing a new unit in 2018 when mine went down unexpectedly and have great service offerings to make sure the in it stays in top shape. Theo is the best tech!

Couldn't have gotten better service. Theo was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Problem was self inflicted due to cheep filter. Theo explained the problem and decided to install new blower motor. He offered good advice and quickly fixed the problem. Even though it was an expensive fix I will not worry about a fire now. Thanks so much to Theo for his help. Great job! After using Tiger for years advised my son to call for furnace not working. He was told several things were badly wrong and he needed to replace it $5000. Got 2nd option just motor needed replaced everything else was fine. $1100. VERY DISAPPOINTED trying to upsell not needed. Will NOT be using Tiger anymore
