After calling another company first, who tried saying I need a new central air, Daniel at Tiger diagnosed the issue, and didn't try to sell me anything. He offered to install a new thermostat, or said I could go get my own. I will now call Tiger first, every time!

The best company that I have ever worked with! This is the second furnace and air conditioning system that I had installed by Tiger Air, my first system was installed at my previous house.
The workmanship is second to none, they were the only company that included a 10 years parts and labor warranty, all the other quotes that we received were only giving a parts only warranty.
The people that work here are very friendly and know what they are doing. Theo came out for the initial quote and explained everything in detail and measured every room so we have the right size system.
They did a Aero Seal duct sealing that was included at no charge in the price because our second floor does not cool in the summer and we cannot sleep up there, how impressed we were in that now we can use our upstairs it cools just fine.
I highly recommend Tiger Air as I have used them twice, anytime you call them they show up quickly and they are always looking to help you. All there people are friendly and they just give you a nice experience over all.

I was pretty set on using Tiger since some friends recommended them and their price was the best.
Technician Dan came out to quote me on a new system. He quoted me for a 3 ton when every other company quoted me for a 2.5 ton, which is what my old unit was. The other companies actually measured my space, he did not.
I called him later to get re-quoted for a 2.5 ton. He refused, stating that he did it right and the other companies were wrong. He just had an arrogant vibe that I didn't appreciate, so I chose to end the call and move on.
I ended up going with Tom Schaeffer, who put in a 2.5 ton and it's definitely the correct size for my home. I'm positive the 3 ton would been oversized.

Charles was fantastic! Our AC had stopped working, and another company told us it wasn’t fixable and that we needed to replace the whole unit. When Charles came out, he assured us he wanted to double‑check before we spent money unnecessarily. He carefully inspected everything to see if repairing it would be the most cost‑effective option for us. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and he offered us a great deal. Earlier this year, we purchased an air conditioning and furnace tune up for 2018. Our tech arrived on time and checked and cleaned our air conditioning unit courteously and efficiently. We developed a problem with a plugged drain line afterwards,and Tiger Air was there again to resolve the problem for us. With the hot weather that we have been having, we appreciate this very much. We have found Tiger Air to be a reputable, dependable company whom we would recommend to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning work done. Good job, Tiger Air!

I would recommend Tiger Air to everyone for HVAC maintenance and for installation of furnace and central AC units. We have had 2 furnace and AC units installed and felt the were very reasonable with their pricing. Yes we have two different furnaces in our home and both decided to quit. From start to finish we were 100% satisfied with our experience with Tiger Air. First, Theo, the Tiger Air Sales Rep, provided us with their estimate. His knowledge and recommendations were outstanding with a great price. Theo was honest, friendly, kind and NOT pushy at all. Second, we had the duct cleaning by Isaac and Dan. They did a super job and were very professional and polite. They provided videos of the before and after duct cleaning. Third, was the air conditioning install by Dean, Zak and Jesse. Everything went smoothly and the crew was very professional and polite and worked hard to get the AC unit installed. Theo was a very professional and personable representative. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He answered every question we had. I had him go over a different estimate and explain what he would do differently. He went sentence by sentence and it showed his expert knowledge. We are having a complete replacement of our A/C and furnace. He had a duct cleaning done prior to the install so that our new hvac system would work perfectly. I was very impressed and so happy that Theo was the rep. All of the installers, Dean, Zach etc were very professional and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Tiger Air! Tiger Air has been servicing my hvac system since 2014. From the new furnace install, yearly cleanings, maintenance nd ductwork cleaning, I feel comfortable everytime they are in my home. They are all very knowledgeable and never try to upsell
you unless something is wrong. Even then they show what is wrong and what needs to be done. Thank you to Charles who is always out here as he does a great job. He is punctual and cleans up after himself, what more could ask for!

They always keep my furnaces and a/c units running even if a problem comes up at time outside “normal business hours.” They have serviced not only equipment purchased from them but other existing equipment “worth repairing” to save me money.

Couldn't have gotten better service. Theo was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Problem was self inflicted due to cheep filter. Theo explained the problem and decided to install new blower motor.

New Year's Eve, home from work, no heat. Called Tiger Air, as ALWAYS, this company is QUICK to respond. Theo called me within an hour, told me he was on the way. Once here, he was professional, got on the job, fixed the issue. Theo came out to do a furnace tuneup. He was professional, friendly and walked me through the process of how he discovered my furnace carbon monoxide was much too high and recommended I need to get a new furnace. He told me the furnace I had was too small for the house therefore was working twice as hard causing issue. It was great because Theo was able to get pricing right away on a furnace that was right for our house. He made a few phone calls to the office and got me an estimate right away which included an air conditioner. Price was very reasonable and 10 year warranty parts and labor really sold me.

Scheduled to come out for a diagnostic on our AC. No show, no call. When I called to inquire there was no explanation. They did ask if I wanted to reschedule but if they can't call or come as scheduled I have doubts about their ability to do the work well. Perhaps this was a personnel issue but I spoke with three folks (one at scheduling, one during inquiry about the no show, and the last to see if I wanted to reschedule) and was unimpressed by their customer service skills. On March 26th we had an entire new heating & air conditioning system installed in our home. In addition to that, we also had them install a new whole house Honeywell air filtration system, a new whole house humidifier and a new 40 gallon hot water tank. The 2 service techs that did the install were very efficient, answered all our questions about the equipment that was being installed and very polite. Even when we asked them to make a major change in the positioning of the air conditioning unit outside, they again were very polite and said that was not a problem. Last but not least, when the techs left our home that evening, everything was running great and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up their mess. Nothing was left behind for my wife or myself to do. I truly hope that you will pass this along to the techs since most of the time people only find the things they did wrong and not what they did right. The technicians have always been courteous and very knowledgeable. I like that they'call ahead when they are on their way. I can make one suggestion and that is they have some type of overshoe so that they don't track dirt/leaves in the house.

Tigerair came to our home to do a whole house duct cleaning. They arrived within the time frame as quoted. Jessy and Dan were very courteous and helpful during this process. Tiger Air installed my new Lennox furnace and Air Conditioning system about 2 months ago and this has been the best investment that I ever made. My gas biils are down about $110 a month and the furnace is super quiet. They gave us the Aero Seal process where they sealed all of our ducts from the inside and it is certified and we get a 30% tax credit back on Aero Seal this has made a huge difference on the comfort level to all the rooms in our house and it is lowering our utility bills. I called 5 different companies out for a quote on a new system only 3 showed up and the professionalism at Tiger Air is unmatched from the other companies. Give them a call I highly recommend them you will not go wrong with this company. And they are also very knowledgable and friendly.

When my hot water tanks drain valve blew out, I called tigar air to have it replaced after calling 2 other cos that stated the could not make it out until Monday or tues day. Tigar air said they will be out no later than 5pm, about 2 hrs later they called and said they were on there way the two gentlemen came out and within 2 hrs the old tank was out and new tank installed they were very efficient and knowledgeable they did a great job, I would recommend tigar air for all your hvac needs.

This company is absolutely top notch. My furnace went out on New Years weekend and they sent a tech within hours on Saturday to get it up and running. The tech let me know I would need a new motor and then called me on Tuesday with a quote. Theo came out to replace the motor today and was so friendly and efficient. The best thing was the quote they gave me was what was charged (no hidden costs like other companies). Charles came out to pm my air conditioner. He found a couple issues and repaired them quickly. He also gave me a quote on a new unit. His opinion is mine should get me through until next summer but beyond that is anybody’s guess. At least I know the cost I am looking at. He also scheduled me for the cleaning of my ductwork. Overall they did a good job and I recommend them if you need HVAC problems fixed.

I think this ended up being a bigger job then we originally thought, but my wife and I appreciate the team that came out to clean out our vents and then even prep us for the upcoming maintenance appointment as well. I will say I would have appreciated some heads up in regards to how to prepare the house such as if we needed to move the pets due to the loud noise or clearing up some space around the vents themselves. I'll update this thread once we complete our maintenance appt as well.

Phil, the owner, is very involved in his business. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls. It was the owner that showed up to provide us with a quote, and also the owner that stopped on his way home from work in the evening to check out a question we had during installation. The installation and service techs have all been very professional and friendly.
Having had a bad experience before with a roofing contractor, I now usually begin my search for contractors to provide me with a quote by looking through the Google reviews for that company and then seeing how they are reviewed in the BBB. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this is why I’m leaving one. If you find yourself on the fence about who to pick for furnace and AC installation like I was, I would vouch for this company. They are a no nonsense HVAC company that will give you want you want and need at a fair price in a fast efficient manner. They are responsive and provide good customer service. Very glad that we chose Tiger Air … it was a good call.

This is not the case with Tiger Air. Long story short, it had just snowed and I was working in the basement. I did something stupid which shut our system down and prevented it from running.
I called Tiger Air. Within an hour the owner, Phil, showed up and had our system running again.
I cannot emphasize how fantastic it is to find a company that provides a good, quality product and work at a reasonable price and follows it up with excellent customer service.
Tiger Air is not into high-pressure sales. They provide you what you need and continue to provide great customer service afterwards. If you’re in the market for HVAC installation or service, I highly recommend that you give them a call.

Turns out, we should have as the Schrader valves on the condenser unit had failed over the fall / winter and our system was low on freon. We couldn’t get the house cooler than 81 degrees.

After hanging up with the answering service, Phil (the owner) called me almost immediately to see what was going on. (As I said before, he’s very involved in his business.) After telling Phil our symptoms, he said that a tech would be out the next afternoon.
Sure enough, the next day, Dan showed up to work on our system. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing. After recharging our system … our house is once again cool and comfortable. Would highly recommend Tiger Air to anyone … for installation, continued maintenance, and great customer service.

We needed to have our ducts cleaned as it had been many years and we recently finished a major renovation stirring up all kind of dust. I called on Monday and spoke with Phil who I later learned is the owner. The crew was out at 9am the next day to perform full cleaning, air flow loss analysis, and AC tune up. After the work was completed the technicians went through the test results, walked through the house/basement with what they noticed, and provided feedback. Phil personally visited our home in Lakewood being 120 years old to provide some deeper insight to having better airflow on the 2nd floor and improving or repairing duct work. He spent 15min talking me through all my options and provided an estimate on the work discussed with two hours. I have bounced around to a few different HVAC companies over the years and while I think others have worked out great my recent experience with Tiger would make them my first call always going forward. Phil came out on a Sunday morning when we had no heat and determined we should consider replacing our old furnace, which we did. Brandon and Zack came the next morning and did a great job with the install of a new Goodman furnace and thermostat. Phil also included a duct cleaning with our new furnace install and Jesse came in the same day and did a great job. We can really tell the difference and are very happy with our experience. These guys were amazing! I woke up after working third shift to realize my furnace was not blowing heat. I found them in an ad that came in the mail that day. I called them and they were at my home within 45 minutes. The problem diagnosed in 2 minutes. They spoke with my home warranty company and the repair was approved. And while they did not have the parts on hand the man left to check the office for the parts needed. They didn't have them but he came back with 2 very nice space heaters for my family to use for the night as he did not want us to get cold and we didn't have to uproot and go to a motel for the night. A technician was there the very next morning with the parts and had the furnace fixed in half an hour. Great customer service and very kind. I was blown away when they came back with space heaters for us to use at ni added charge at all. What a kind caring company! Thanks so much guys!

There's a reason (as of the date of this review) why this company has an excellent rating. In the middle of the summer (when they're very busy), they were able to come out the same day I called and replace a broken blower motor in my unit. Their diagnostic fee and repair price was much cheaper than their direct competitor. My service tech, Theo, was outstanding. Tiger will be continually receiving my business.

Even without asking them, they worked longer hours just so we would have heat the same night from our new furnace without having to resort to temporary heater. They were very considerate.
All I can say for now about the new air conditioner is that is looks nice because I don’t think AC’s running too well in Feburary! Ha. But, I’ll bet this summer will feel mighty nice with the cool AC flowing through every room instead of just one.

I called your company at because my Bryant 80 Plus 2 Stage furnace kept shutting off. Within ten minutes your representative Phil called and was able to troubleshoot my problem over the phone and diagnosed the problem within thirty minutes. His diagnosis was that something was blocking the exhaust vent causing the Draft Safeguard Switch to shut the furnace off. He told me that there was no point for him to come out and to have the chimney cleaned and have the flute checked. After speaking with him I went ahead and disassembled the exhaust vent that connected the furnace to the chimney and found that it was indeed clogged and after removing the clog the furnace started working correctly again. I would like to thank your representative for his quick response and his professionalism in handling my call I will be using your company in the near future to handle all my heating and cooling needs for my personal home and rental properties.
