Theo returned 10/24 for my furnace update . Very knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and made a recommendation that I trust! Hope to see him for the AC checkup in 2020!

8/2025: My air conditioning unit was leaking water all over. Charles came out and knew exactly what the issue was and how to resolve it. He was kind, quick, and efficient. Within 5 minutes he was done and problem solved.


The workmanship is second to none, they were the only company that included a 10 years parts and labor warranty, all the other quotes that we received were only giving a parts only warranty.
The people that work here are very friendly and know what they are doing. Theo came out for the initial quote and explained everything in detail and measured every room so we have the right size system.
They did a Aero Seal duct sealing that was included at no charge in the price because our second floor does not cool in the summer and we cannot sleep up there, how impressed we were in that now we can use our upstairs it cools just fine.
I highly recommend Tiger Air as I have used them twice, anytime you call them they show up quickly and they are always looking to help you. All there people are friendly and they just give you a nice experience over all.

Technician Dan came out to quote me on a new system. He quoted me for a 3 ton when every other company quoted me for a 2.5 ton, which is what my old unit was. The other companies actually measured my space, he did not.
I called him later to get re-quoted for a 2.5 ton. He refused, stating that he did it right and the other companies were wrong. He just had an arrogant vibe that I didn't appreciate, so I chose to end the call and move on.
I ended up going with Tom Schaeffer, who put in a 2.5 ton and it's definitely the correct size for my home. I'm positive the 3 ton would been oversized.
I sent feedback to Tiger directly before submitting this review but never got a response. YMMV, but I won't be calling them again.

He addressed permits, chimney liner, cleaning ductwork, and installation to include replacing breaker box for a.c. and new thermostat.
Today, Friday, we finalized contract and scheduled duct cleaning for this afternoon.
Furnace and A.C. instalation will occur on Monday.

We also had our ducts cleaned by two amazing young men who were so awesome and friendly and did an amazing job I thought I could leave individual reviews but I guess not lol… we had not had our ducts cleaned in 4 years they came in and did a beautiful job, they answered every question we had and didn’t mind our fussy dogs during the process 🤣 it can be such a stressful experience having to replace or maintain ac units etc because of the potential costs but every tech who came out helped to make the process smooth!
We ended up having our Ac unit replaced by another duo of Tiger Air techs and they did great we are completely satisfied with every service we received, the timeliness of their responses and the professionalism they ALL displayed! I can’t remember everyone’s name but they were all amazing!!











In summary, he was prompt efficient reliable thorough knowledgeable and very courteous.

April 22nd. This is my second review. I have had heating and cooling jobs done in the past with Tiger Air. This was my first vent cleaning with the company. Excellent job! They are a wonderful company all the way around. This was real vent and exchange returns cleaned with cameras and all. Before and after pictures which is a nice bonus. The crew is phenomenal. After using Tiger for years advised my son to call for furnace not working.He was told several things were badly wrong and he needed to replace it $5000.
Got 2nd option just motor needed replaced everything else was fine. $1100. VERY DISAPPOINTED trying to upsell not needed. Will NOT be using Tiger anymore

Having had a bad experience before with a roofing contractor, I now usually begin my search for contractors to provide me with a quote by looking through the Google reviews for that company and then seeing how they are reviewed in the BBB. Because of my previous bad experience with a roofing contractor, I’m always hesitant when it comes to major home improvements.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this is why I’m leaving one. If you find yourself on the fence about who to pick for furnace and AC installation like I was, I would vouch for this company. They are a no nonsense HVAC company that will give you want you want and need at a fair price in a fast efficient manner. They are responsive and provide good customer service. Very glad that we chose Tiger Air … it was a good call.
UPDATE 2/23: We’ve had our system for a year now and have no complaints. In fact, just the opposite holds true now.
Everyone is willing to go above and beyond when they are selling you a product. But often we find out that once you “own” it, the customer service lacks.
This is not the case with Tiger Air. Long story short, it had just snowed and I was working in the basement. I did something stupid which shut our system down and prevented it from running.
I called Tiger Air. Within an hour the owner, Phil, showed up and had our system running again.
I cannot emphasize how fantastic it is to find a company that provides a good, quality product and work at a reasonable price and follows it up with excellent customer service.
Tiger Air is not into high-pressure sales. They provide you what you need and continue to provide great customer service afterwards. If you’re in the market for HVAC installation or service, I highly recommend that you give them a call.
May 2023 update: first hot day of the spring / summer. Didn’t have the system serviced as it has only been in place for a year. Turns out, we should have as the Schrader valves on the condenser unit had failed over the fall / winter and our system was low on freon. We couldn’t get the house cooler than 81 degrees.
I called the after-hours number and explained to them what our symptoms were. I told them it wasn’t an emergency and could be looked at the next day.
After hanging up with the answering service, Phil (the owner) called me almost immediately to see what was going on. (As I said before, he’s very involved in his business.) After telling Phil our symptoms, he said that a tech would be out the next afternoon.
Sure enough, the next day, Dan showed up to work on our system. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing. After recharging our system … our house is once again cool and comfortable. Thanks Phil, Dan, and everyone at Tiger Air. Not sure how we got so lucky to stumble upon you guys, but glad we did. Would highly recommend Tiger Air to anyone … for installation, continued maintenance, and great customer service.
August 2023 update: had an issue with the AC. Contacted Tiger Air over the weekend & again, Phil (the owner) called me within a 1/2 hour. Explained to him what was going on and he said he’d get Theo out to check it out.
Theo showed up … he is really personable and very knowledgable. He figured out what was going on quickly and took the time to explain it to me. Theo had us up and running again in no time … the house is frosty again. The customer service Tiger Air provides is outstanding! Hard to find that nowadays. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for new install and / or service!
Charles was here to do our pre-summer / pre-winter check. Very polite and courteous! I can’t speak highly enough about this company and recommend / refer Tiger Air to others.

Made an appointment a few months back to have a soft start kit installed on AC compressor. Theo arrived in usual fashion. As always, He was courteous and professional.
UPDATE: 4/17/2025
Had what appeared to be an error code on furnace this morning. Called Tiger 🐯 Air and they dispatched Theo for the job. He came and cleaned the flame sensor and reset system. Running smoothly now 👍🏾.
Again, Tiger 🐯 Air of Parma is a great HVAC system company.

UPDATE: 9/24/2022: Had a cold snap come through. Decided to test the new furnace out. New system operated as expected.👌🏾
Update: 9/1/2022: Had a new system installed. Thus far it runs great. AC 🥶🥶 is nice!! Waiting till the temps drop so I can run 🔥.
Update: 8/15/2022: Called Tiger Air back in April for an estimate to have new HVAC system installed later in the Summer. Theo came out, provided me an estimate. Today Theo came out to complete the paperwork for next week's scheduled installation. Both Phil and Theo are superb! Even after several months, they honored the quote they gave me in April.This is definitely a company I will continue doing business with for years to come. Will provide another update after installation is complete.


Update. Theo came today to do maintenance on my AC and found a few parts that needed replaced that were leaking Freon. He replaced and charged me up. Always professional and Theo is awesome. Thanks again.



Update: Used Tiger a second time. Charles was really helpful, professional and informative.

Eva and I wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new Janitrol, two-stage, 92% furnace. The headaches we used to associate with our old furnace are gone and the Aprilaire humidifier seems to work great.
We’d especially like to say a big THANK YOU to the husband and the wife installation team who installed the furnace and air conditioner. They seemed to be really good people. They were nice, friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions in a professional yet easy-to-understand manner. Even without asking them, they worked longer hours just so we would have heat the same night from our new furnace without having to resort to temporary heater. They were very considerate.
All I can say for now about the new air conditioner is that is looks nice because I don’t think AC’s running too well in Feburary! Ha. But, I’ll bet this summer will feel mighty nice with the cool AC flowing through every room instead of just one.

I called your company at because my Bryant 80 Plus 2 Stage furnace kept shutting off. Within ten minutes your representative Phil called and was able to troubleshoot my problem over the phone and diagnosed the problem within thirty minutes. His diagnosis was that something was blocking the exhaust vent causing the Draft Safeguard Switch to shut the furnace off. He told me that there was no point for him to come out and to have the chimney cleaned and have the flute checked. After speaking with him I went ahead and disassembled the exhaust vent that connected the furnace to the chimney and found that it was indeed clogged and after removing the clog the furnace started working correctly again. I would like to thank your representative for his quick response and his professionalism in handling my call I will be using your company in the near future to handle all my heating and cooling needs for my personal home and rental properties.
