I had such a wonderful experience with Tiger air! The coldest week of the year my furnace decided to die and they came right out and had a new one installed the same day! Unbelievable customer service.

Theo from Tiger Air was in our house to fix the furnace in less than 4 hours after our initial call to the company for help! This was the 2nd time (after 2 years) that Tiger Air has delivered excellent and timely customer service to our family! I think this ended up being a bigger job then we originally thought, but my wife and I appreciate the team that came out to clean out our vents and then even prep us for the upcoming maintenance appointment as well. I will say I would have appreciated some heads up in regards to how to prepare the house such as if we needed to move the pets due to the loud noise or clearing up some space around the vents themselves. I'll update this thread once we complete our maintenance appt as well.

Tiger Air has taken care of our HVAC needs for over 17 years. Our tech, Dan was great! He identified the problem, gave us our options and walked us through the next step.

Tiger Air installed my new Lennox furnace and Air Conditioning system about 2 months ago and this has been the best investment that I ever made. My gas biils are down about $110 a month and the furnace is super quiet. They gave us the Aero Seal process where they sealed all of our ducts from the inside and it is certified and we get a 30% tax credit back on Aero Seal this has made a huge difference on the comfort level to all the rooms in our house and it is lowering our utility bills. I called 5 different companies out for a quote on a new system only 3 showed up and the professionalism at Tiger Air is unmatched from the other companies. Give them a call I highly recommend them you will not go wrong with this company. And they are also very knowledgable and friendly.

Tiger Air was wonderful, very courteous. Theo was knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could weigh my options. The pricing was great too. The installers were great, on time, finished the job timely and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call them back in Spring to install a new air conditioner. Couldn't have gotten better service. Theo was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Problem was self inflicted due to cheep filter. Theo explained the problem and decided to install new blower motor. He offered good advice and quickly fixed the problem. Even though it was an expensive fix I will not worry about a fire now. Thanks so much to Theo for his help. Great job! After using Tiger for years advised my son to call for furnace not working.He was told several things were badly wrong and he needed to replace it $5000. Got 2nd option just motor needed replaced everything else was fine. $1100. VERY DISAPPOINTED trying to upsell not needed. Will NOT be using Tiger anymore

Charles did a great job of helping us out with an AC compressor problem. The unit was not able to be fixed, but he was very helpful and efficient and low cost to make the diagnosis.

This is a good company to consider for HVAC. They check in when they are on the way and are punctual. Their staff is quick and efficient. They keep you updated and let you know about additional service options, but in a very pressure free way. I appreciated the staff at my last service laying out the options and not trying to oversell. The prices are fair and I also appreciated my applicable discount being honored.

The technician was polite, professional, thorough, honest, and personable. I have trusted Tiger Air to service my furnace every year since they installed it, over 20 years ago, and I just paid to hav a new one installed tomorrow morning (24 hour service!). This company is absolutely top notch. My furnace went out on New Years weekend and they sent a tech within hours on Saturday to get it up and running. The tech let me know I would need a new motor and then called me on Tuesday with a quote. Theo came out to replace the motor today and was so friendly and efficient. The best thing was the quote they gave me was what was charged (no hidden costs like other companies). This company has definitely obtained a customer for life and I will be telling anyone that has a furnace issue to contact them.
